Our challenge was to establish Pallet-Track as a voice of authority in an industry dominated by major logistics players, as well promoting it as an employer which is wholeheartedly committed to its staff and increasing the prosperity of the Black Country and the West Midlands region.
Newsline has run a successful multi-platform campaign focusing on press relations, social media content, awards, photography and videography, with a mixture of content for established trade, business and local publications.
In 2020, we achieved 142 pieces of media coverage for Pallet-Track, reaching more than 744,000 readers online and 933,000 in print. Our successful B2B social media campaign has engaged staff and members, who share content among their own networks and celebrate the ongoing success of the company.
We have also entered several national awards on the company’s behalf, including The Logistics Awards, leading to a win in the Growth category at Shakespeare’s Globe in London.
“Achieving a share of voice in an industry dominated by major logistics players is never easy but working with Newsline has enabled Pallet-Track to be heard and well represented in the trade and local media in terms of key developments in our business and comment on the sector. We have worked together to develop a common-sense and practical set of messages which are delivered in a measured and appropriate tone, an approach which has delivered great results for us.”
