This year Newsline PR celebrates its 40th anniversary and to commemorate this huge achievement, we want to give something back to the community.
We have been providing trusted PR services for 40 years and continue to evolve as a business with our digital and design services.
As an already charitable business, we have decided to up the ante and take part in 40 acts of kindness throughout the year. Our team will be visiting retirements homes and children’s hospitals, providing food for the homeless and even offering free PR to charities in need.
We started the campaign with a bang by offering our PR services to three important charities:
The Charity of Thomas Oken and Nicholas Eyffler is one of Warwick’s oldest charities, founded in 1571. Today it owns 14 alms houses and makes significant grants for ‘relief in need’ in the town. Recent grants have included Myton Hospice, Lord Leycester Hospital and Warwick Apprenticing Charity. We supported the charity with free PR for their Thomas Oken Feast evening, honouring one of Warwick’s greatest benefactors.
We helped spread the word for this charity dinner, in memory of Claverdon paratrooper Conrad Lewis, who was killed in Afghanistan. The dinner was to support four ex-soldiers attempting to row the Atlantic. Read more about this amazing challenge here: http://bit.ly/2MuGXM4
We are currently supporting the club with PR for its classic car rally, ‘Cars at the Spa’, taking place in June to raise money for local charities. Sponsored by Kia Warwick, this rally is open to any classic vehicles. The club hopes to get more than 200 cars to the event! To enter your car, visit www.carsatthespa.co.uk.
We’re excited to see what amazing projects we can be part of this year, but this is where we need you! If you’re in need of some PR or would like Newsline to help you as part of our acts of kindness campaign, get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 01926 888308.
