Newsline has been appointed to run the press and publicity campaign for a new technology engine lubricant which is being sold around the world.

A9 Lubricant Technology will be represented by the public relations and marketing agency after the Leamington firm impressed with its proposal to launch the innovative product for historic, racing and performance cars in the UK.

Invented by Renan Biro – from the famous family who invented the pen of the same name and the dry powder fire extinguisher – A9 Lubricant Technology is manufactured in France and available in almost 30 countries.

Containing zero solvents, it works by applying an ultra-low friction protective film on metal component surfaces in engines, transmissions and fuel systems and is designed to significantly reduce engine wear and lower running costs. It has been used by racing teams and drivers at the world-famous Le Mans endurance racing event.

Richard Balfry, director of A9 Lubricant Technology, said: “We were impressed by the proposal put forward by Newsline. Enthusiasts in the know have been asking for A9 Technology to be made available for many years and now we are finally bringing it to the UK market, we are confident in Newsline’s ability to deliver some great results.”

Newsline managing director Peter Robinson said: “A9 Lubricant Technology is an innovative product which we’re excited about getting involved with. It is tried and tested and has already proved its worth around the world, so we have no doubt it will be a huge success in the UK market and look forward to presenting it to consumers online, at exhibitions and in the press.”
