Hawkesford Estate Agents is celebrating its silver anniversary with an investment in the local community – providing sponsorship for a host of Warwickshire events ahead of officially turning 25 in June.

Kicking off their year of ‘giving back’ with sponsorship of t-shirts and water stations at the upcoming Regency Run – an annual event which sees 2,500 runners take to the streets of Leamington on behalf of national charity, British Blind Sport.

James Hawkesford, managing director, said: “Hawkesford has gone from strength to strength over the past 25 years – and at a time when many business have suffered during the economic downturn.

“Celebrating our silver anniversary means a great deal and we couldn’t have achieved the success we have over the past 25 years without support from Warwickshire residents.

“We’ve therefore chosen to sponsor some of the county’s most-loved events to show our appreciation for the support we’ve received.”

Hawkesford will also be lending sponsorship to the Two Castles Run, as well as pledging financial support for the new playground set to open at Barford playing fields this summer.

Founded by Malcolm Hawkesford in 1991, the local estate and lettings agency started with one branch in Leamington, but has now expanded to open locations in Warwick and Southam – providing homes for sale and let across Warwickshire.
